F\u0131r\u0131n kurumal\u0131 poliu\u0308retan sistemlerde s\u0131kl\u0131kla kullan\u0131lan re\u00e7ine tipleridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sistem, prepolimer re\u00e7inelerin bloklama ajanlar\u0131 yard\u0131m\u0131yla izosiyanat u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 esas\u0131na dayan\u0131r. De\u011fi\u015fik bloklama teknikleri ile her tip prepolimer bloklu sisteme d\u00f6nu\u0308\u015ftu\u0308ru\u0308lebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the blocking agent used, when the blocked-prepolymer reaches certain temperatures, the blocking agent separates from the prepolymer structure and isocyanate ends appear. Then, these isocyanates react with each other or with the necessary groups, and all ends of the system are closed without opening. In this way, the resin dries. There are many different blocking agents, and each performs at different deblocking temperatures. These temperature values are approximately in the range of 100 \u2013 160 \u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepolimer yap\u0131n\u0131n u\u00e7lar\u0131nda bulunan izosiyanat ile bloklama ajanlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flar zay\u0131ft\u0131r.
