Yu\u0308zeysel kuruma olduktan sonra vakum makinas\u0131 u\u0308zerine MDF plakalar yerle\u015ftirilir. \u0130stenilen tasar\u0131mdaki PVC folyo u\u0308zerine konur ve makina PVC folyoyu \u0131s\u0131t\u0131r. S\u0131cakl\u0131kla PVC sert halinden esnek hale gelir sonra bu s\u0131cakl\u0131kta vakum a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Vakum folyoyu MDF u\u0308zerine \u00e7eker. PVC folyonun s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile MDF u\u0308zerindeki yu\u0308zeysel kurumu\u015f olan tutkal eriyik hale gelir. Eriyik hale gelen tutkal yap\u0131\u015fma \u00f6zelli\u011finden dolay\u0131 MDF ve PVC folyonun bir birine yap\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.
