Application Process:
- Wet Film Application:
The product is applied as a wet film on surfaces such as wood or concrete. - Water Evaporation:
Before UV curing, the water must be fully evaporated from the film. Hot air ovens are used to remove moisture. - UV Curing:
The dried film is then passed under a UV lamp for curing, completing both the physical and chemical curing processes in a matter of seconds. - Final Coating:
After curing, the product is immediately ready for stacking, ensuring efficient production flow.
