Polyurethane injection resins are an effective solution for filling concrete voids and removing collapsed concrete. This method is used in various areas such as villa-type buildings, highways, factories and machine platforms. Polyurethane is injected into floor voids, allowing large loads to be lifted and the floor to be stabilized. The fast reaction and high durability offered by this technology increases safety in construction projects.
PURINSEAL EN 402 and EN 403 are two-component polyurethane injection systems developed for filling low and high volume voids. These products react without the need for water and stabilize the floor in a short time. Offering cost advantages in high-volume voids, these solutions both save time and reduce costs in construction projects.
Voids under concrete floors can increase structural risks. Polyurethane injection systems quickly fill these voids, strengthening the floor and providing water tightness. The foam formed during application acts as a hydraulic lever, allowing the concrete to be brought to the desired level. This method is especially ideal for industrial areas and infrastructure projects.
At this application, two component polyurethane injection products are preferred. One component products need water to react. One component products cannot be used as there is not water in every area where ground stabilization is conducted. Two component products fill in the voids in short time by quick reaction and ensure ground stabilization.
PURINSEAL EN 402: This two component low viscosity product is used to fill in the low volume voids or cracks. When contacts with water it forms little foam. It is applied with two component injection machine. However, according to the demands, it can also be applied with one component injection machines by expanding pot life.

PURINSEAL EN 403: This two component low viscosity product is used to fill high volume voids occur on the ground. When the two components are mixed, it forms foam by reacting without any need of water. Preferring this product in high volume voids provides a cost advantage. It is applied with two component injection machine.
